Timing: we have a 30-days Return Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, the device must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name reason for the return and proof of purchase.
Klean Beauty will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned devices. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning items to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Yes, the order may only be changed at the time of checkout or before the order has been fully processed within 5 minutes after placing an order. After the 5-minute time frame, we are not able to make any shipping changes. Please email us at email@example.com with the information you would like to change.
Please note: we are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened within 30 days.
