Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return Policy:
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, the device must be unused and undamaged in the original package and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email us at email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, reason for the return and proof of purchase.
- Klean Beauty will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned devices. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning items to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Please Note: Natural jade is formed by nature, each of them will look different and the thickness might have about 0.5 mm difference. Klean Beauty will not accept those reasons as damaged products for return. Thank you for your understanding!
On this Site, we only accept device purchases made directly from www.kleanbeautyus.com. Purchases made from other retailers must be returned to the said retailer for the refund. If you require warranty replacement, please check our Warranty Policy page.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within our 1 year limited warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and our customer service will provide you exchange instructions.
Depending on the mailing location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service will provide you return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
